1) We will not only show you a house, we have a fundmental understanding of construction so we can help describe the construction and building materials and custom features present in the house.

2.) If you find a home you might be be interested in, we will provide a complete property history report and a complete property market analysis which will show you all home sales activity in the immediate area as well as all sales history and and mortgage activity.

3.) Need a quick quote how much a repair or remodeling job might cost ?  We will contact our contractor list and get you an estimate fast - in many cases within 24 hours!!!

4.) We can help you spot problems BEFORE you make a bid on a house.

5.)  Most sales today are " short sales" or bank owned homes. These can prove to be very difficult transactions and a mistake can prove to be very costly. With our help, you will have a smooth, seamless home purchase, with the least amount of headaches, for the best possible price.
